Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress from Canada. She was the Teletoon children's comedy show Majority Rules' Becky Richards. From 2009 until 2010. She was a star from 2009 until from 2009 to. The family moved to her father's hometown, Skala, Greece south of Sparta just a few years after her birth but returned to Canada in 1992. She is very attached to her Greek roots and is fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting when she was in junior high school and attended the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. In 2000, she was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg. Spiridakos moved to Vancouver in 2007 to pursue acting, and in a matter of weeks, she landed her first television appearance that was a tiny part on Supernatural. She continued to appear on television, playing walk-on characters on Bionic Woman, The L Word, Hellcats, and Psych. Spiridakos was in the TV movie Goblin as well as the web-based series Mortal Kombat: Legacy. She also had a recurring role in Being Human as werewolf Brynn McLean.In 2009, she won her first starring role in the Canadian Teletoon series Majority Rules!, playing 15-year-old Becky Richards. Her feature film debut came in 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. In Kill for Me, she played alongside Katie Cassidy and Donal Logue. Spiridakos appeared as Sammi in the 2012 Nickelodeon original movie, Rags. Spiridakos was later offered the part of the lead in Revolution which she played as Charlotte Matheson (survivor of an unimaginative future society) in NBC television. She auditioned while she was attending her pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos was the pilot's camera in Atlanta. The pilot season was filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina. She was nominated for an Saturn Award for Best Actress on television for her performance in the pilot season however she was defeated by Anna Torv of Fringe's Anna. In the second season, production moved to Austin Texas.
